Home Rink
The home rink for Carolinas FSC is the Extreme Ice Center (XIC) in Indian Trail, NC, just outside of Charlotte, NC. XIC has become a host to PSA Events, such as a 2008 Nationwide Seminar and 2009 PACE. As a matter of fact, the XIC has been a 3-time winner of the PSA's National "Fritz Dietl Award" (2007 & 2008 & 2009). We are an Excellence on Ice facility with the PSA, in which our entire staff are dedicated to being PSA Members and continuing coaches' education.
The Extreme Ice Center features 2 NHL regulation sheets of ice, a smaller training sheet of ice called the Puddle, restaurant, wellness center, snack bar, full service Pro Shop, and meeting spaces.

Summer Skating at XIC!
May 28, 2009
Hi Everyone!
In case you don't know, summer skating begins in about two weeks! Whether you have a low or high freestyle skater, don't miss out on the discounts you will receive by registering by May 31, 2009. It's almost like getting a week free when you sign up for the full package!!!!!!
Summer skating is a great way to strengthen skills and have extra time with your coach to make significant progress toward your skating goals. It is a time to skate with friends, have fun and encourage each other while working hard.
Please don't delay in providing this opportunity for your skater. It has been my past experience that if enrollment isn't at capacity, the ice time goes away. See Jenny to schedule your skater's spot for the summer. If you have payment issues, I urge you to speak with Jenny. She is willing to work privately with parents/individuals so that everyone can benefit.
Thank you for your continued support of our figure skating community!
Best regards,
Kelly Ciaramella
