About Us

The Carolinas Figure Skating Club (CFSC) is a member club of the United States Figure Skating Association and a non-profit organization. We support all disciplines of skating, including Synchronized Skating Teams.

Our home rink is the Extreme Ice Center, located just a few miles south of Charlotte, North Carolina. We are located in the geographic center of the Carolinas, and the greater Charlotte area is one of the fastest growing areas in the country. Our membership includes skaters from all over North and South Carolina.

The Carolinas Figure Skating Club was founded in 1996 for the purpose of encouraging the instruction, practice, and advancement of members in all types of figure skating. CFSC welcomes members of all ages and skating levels. We currently have over 200 members - the youngest is 1 year old, and the oldest is over 70!

The Carolinas Figure Skating Club strongly encourages a spirit of friendship, respect, and good sportsmanship among all ice skaters.
